Food production | Full-time

You don’t just know production systems in passing, you enjoy taking responsibility and keep an overview even when things need to move faster in production? Then we would like to get to know you.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Machine Operator / Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) for our production, at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

• Operation, set-up and monitoring of our production and packaging systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process within the shift
• Leadership and coordination of employees in your area
• Monitoring and compliance with our quality, hygiene and safety requirements
• Carrying out product and process checks
• Identifying and rectifying minor faults on the systems
• Coordination with Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance
• Documentation of relevant production data
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area

What you bring to the table

Ideally, you already have experience as a machine operator, plant operator or shift supervisor, preferably in food production. You work reliably and responsibly, have technical understanding and can organise a team well even in work-intensive situations.

What is also important to us is willingness to work shifts, a strong awareness of quality and hygiene, and an independent, solution-oriented way of working.
